Here the objectives are clear: create a close-knit team, determine the pain-points between you that hinder efficiency, improve communication, create synergies, etc.
With the help of a certified coach that will have observed you during the Padel Clinic, we organize debriefing sessions and/or collaborative workshops that will take place at the end of the tournament to work together on building the necessary solution(s).

Theoretical and practical lessons, matches with local players & professionals, tournaments. Depending on the length of your event, we will organize all the Padel activities so that you can discover all the different aspects of the sport.
We recommend the place that best suits your needs & desires (city, club, hotel, etc.)
Once you arrive on site, we take care of ALL local transportations.
As important as the Padel experience, we prepare with you and our mentors all the pain points you need to be fixed during the the padel clinic & group sessions.
Because each destination offers a thousand and one possibilities, we will challenge all your senses with typical local activities, the best restaurants and places to have fun.
Welcome packs, photo & video of the event, merchandising… all the “side services” you need to make your guests remember the experience forever.

We offer 4 destinations: Madrid & Barcelona as city destinations. Marbella & Mallorca as beach destinations. We do NOT work in other places. But you can be SURE that those are the best for your event.
The cost of your event depends on several parameters including the season, kind of hotel you are looking for, the extra activities you want to do… each event is unique, because each company has different needs and objectives!
As every event is different and personalized, we need at least 3/4 weeks before the date you are planning to do it.
